Hi all,

We would like to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Butterswood Lodge. My name is Joanne Whitaker, My husband Steve and I became the new property owners on 22nd March 2024.

I will be taking charge of the cottages and fishing facilities and Steve will be maintenance of the whole property coupled with his main job as a business owner of a company in Leeds.

Leeds has been our home from birth and we are excited and privileged to be the custodians of this fine property and gardens.

We would like to thank Annette and Ian for keeping this immaculate property that we now own. What a great job you have done with the place, and your on going help and advice is truly welcome and appreciated. I am sure you have made many friends here over the years and you are welcome for a cup of tea (or prosecco) or walk around at any time you seem fit. I am sure the regular customer would love that also.  Thanks again to you both.
