As of 1st January 2019, Butterswood Lakes and Cottages have been taken over by Ian Holden and Annette Anderson. With the help of our daughter Danielle, we hope to offer a peaceful and beautiful environment in which everyone can enjoy the idyllic views and quiet atmosphere.

We are not intending to change the place, as it is already beautiful, but we are going to improve certain areas.

Firstly, we have changed the name to Butterswood Lodge.

We have managed to get the Website working but haven’t changed the logo yet, we are working on it!

We are offering annual fishing memberships and pre booked day tickets, as well as short stays in our holiday cottages. All details can be found on the website.

The fishing rules will all remain the same, with the exception of floating baits. We are selling our own floating baits and would recommend that you try them!
