This is the largest and the oldest of the four ponds at approximately 2 acres and built in 1982. This pond is situated immediately in front of the main house and 2 holiday cottages.
The pond has a picturesque island in the centre with no access to the public at the moment. The island is home to an old water pump windmill and numerous trees and shrubs which provide a lush living environment for a variety of wildlife including Goldfinches, Pied Wagtales and Chaffinch.
The pond contains a variety of carp (mirror, common, ghost, koi and crucian), tench, barbel, chubb, roach, rudd, perch and hide.
